Why do I have a short notice surcharge on my bill?
We ask that you schedule all midday walks before 9am the day of. If you do not schedule your regular midday walk by 9am the day of, then there is a small $3 short-notice surcharge fee added to the walk. This only applies to regular 10am to 4pm midday walks and does not apply to evening walks. Weekend visits are more difficult for us to get scheduled, so we ask for 24-hr notice for all weekend visits. **If you do not schedule with 24-hr notice for any weekend visit, then there is a $5 short-
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express credit cards. All payments are done through our WePay merchant account. We also accept Chase QuickPay as well as checks written through your favorite bill pay service. We do not accept cash or personal checks at this time. CREDIT CARDS ARE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY EACH MONTH AFTER INITIAL PAYMENT. If you would rather not have your card charged automatically each month, you may delete your credit card on-file after making your payment.
How long do I have to pay my bill?
We ask that you pay your bill within two weeks of receiving your invoice. We will send a reminder invoice after two weeks if you have not yet payed your bill. We will charge your credit card automatically if you have not payed within a month of receiving your bill.
I don't want my credit card charged automatically. What do I do?
While auto-payment makes things easy for people, we understand it's not for everyone! All you have to do is remove your credit card on-file after making a payment.
How often do you invoice?
We send invoices monthly for our clients. The invoicing is done at the beginning of each month. You will only have to pay for services after services have already taken place. You will receive an itemized invoice to your email with a link to pay by credit card if you would like to use your favorite credit card. Where can I access my invoices?
All of your invoices (current due as well as paid invoices) can all be found under the invoices tab on your online account or in the Time to Pet app. You can download a copy of the invoice to your computer or phone if needed.
